Scheduling Information
Scheduling an appointment is easy at ClearView Imaging. Call 610-530-1515 and a member of our scheduling team will be happy to assist you.
Please have the following available when you call:
- Physician’s prescription
- Current insurance cards
- Reason (diagnosis) for having procedure.
Depending on the study, you may be asked a few screening questions:
- Do you have allergies (food and environmental)?
- Do you have asthma?
- Have you had a reaction to any prior contrast dye?
- Do you have kidney disease or nephrectomy (kidney removal)?
- Are you diabetic?
- Do you have a history of lupus or multiple myeloma?
- Have you had chemotherapy in the past 6 months?
- Are you on Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis?
Our scheduler will inform you of any necessary preparations needed for your procedure.
